46כח. אצילת סמכויות המנהל
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)המנהל רשאי לאצול לעובד משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים שהוא בעל ניסיון ומומחיות מתאימים, את סמכויותיו לפי סימן זה, כולן או חלקן, לגבי כל שטח המדינה או חלק ממנו.
(ב)הודעה על אצילת סמכויות לפי סעיף קטן (א) תפורסם ברשומות.
