תיקון: תשע״א־2
בעל היתר הפעלה או מי מטעמו, מנהל תפעול ומי שנוהג ברכבת מקומית, לא ישנו ולא יסירו נתונים שנשמרו בכרטיס זיכרון; השר רשאי לקבוע מקרים שבהם לא תיחשב העברת מידע מכרטיס זיכרון כשינוי או כהסרה של נתונים שנשמרו בו.
