תיקון: תשי״ט, תשס״ו
מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, או מי שהוסמך על ידיו לענין זה, רשאי להיכנס בכל עת סבירה, לכל מקום שמצויים בו מיתקנים להספקתם, החסנתם, הובלתם, חלוקתם או מדידתם של מים, על מנת לבדוק קיום ההוראות לפי חוק זה.
