3. ארגון יציג לגבי הסכם קיבוצי מיוחד
ארגון יציג של עובדים לענין הסכם קיבוצי מיוחד הוא ארגון העובדים שעם חבריו נמנה המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים מאורגנים שעליהם יחול ההסכם, או שהוא מייצגם לענין אותו הסכם, ובלבד שמספר זה אינו פחות משליש כלל העובדים שעליהם יחול ההסכם.
