לבית הדין האזורי כמשמעותו בחוק בית הדין לעבודה, תשכ״ט–1969 (להלן – בית הדין), הסמכות היחודית לפסוק אם חל צו הרחבה על מפעל וכן בתובענה של עובד, מעסיק או מפקח בכל ענין הנובע מהוראות סעיפים 33ב ו־33ג.
