הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטת שר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה לעניין מתן היתר לפי הוראות חוק זה, רשאי לערער עליה לפני בית דין אזורי לעבודה, בתוך 45 ימים מהיום שבו הגיעה ההחלטה לידיעתו.
