16. רישום בפנקס
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)צו לפי סעיפים 11, 13 או 14 יירשם בפנקס שינוהל בידי רשם שימנה שר המשפטים.
(ב)פרטי הרישום וצורתו ייקבעו בתקנות שיתקין שר המשפטים באישור ועדת הבריאות של הכנסת.
(ג)הוראות סעיף 30 לחוק אימוץ ילדים, התשמ״א–1981, יחולו לענין זה בשינויים המחוייבים.
