18. שמירת דינים
אין הוראות חוק זה או בהסכם לנשיאת עוברים שאושר על־פיו כדי לפגוע בדרישה לפי כל דין לענין הצורך בהסכמה מדעת לטיפול רפואי, או כדי למנוע מאם נושאת לקבל טיפול רפואי או לבצע בה פעולה רפואית, לפי רצונה, לרבות הפסקת הריון לפי סימן ב׳ בפרק י׳ לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
