המייצג בעל זכות נפט של מיזם נפט או בעל זכות לניצול משאב טבע, לצורך הוראות חוק זה, והוא אינו אחד מהמנויים בסעיף 236 לפקודה, כפי שהוחל בסעיף 45, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
