מי שלא ניכה סכום שהיה עליו לנכות לפי סעיף 9(ב), דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין ופי שניים מסך כל הסכומים שלא נוכו.
