48. עדכון סכומים
הסכום הקבוע בהגדרות ”מקדם החיפוש“ ו”מקדם ההקמה“ שבסעיף 4(ב)(2), יתעדכן ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה (בסעיף זה – יום העדכון), לפי שיעור עליית מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה שהיה ידוע ביום העדכון בשנה שקדמה לו, ולעניין יום העדכון הראשון – לעומת המדד שהיה ידוע ב־1 בינואר 2011; הסכום האמור יעוגל לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של 1,000 שקלים חדשים; המנהל יפרסם, בהודעה ברשומות, את הסכומים המעודכנים.
