34א. הצהרת אמונים למשרת ראש נציגות דיפלומטית או קונסולרית
תיקון: תשפ״ד
בלי לגרוע מהוראת סעיף 34, מי שימונה לפי סעיף 23 למשרת ראש נציגות דיפלומטית או קונסולרית בחוץ לארץ חייב, לפני שיימסר לו כתב מינוי לפי סעיף 17, להצהיר הצהרה זו:
”אני מתחייב לשמור אמונים למדינת ישראל כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית ולמלא באמונה את תפקידי“;
ההצהרה תהיה בפני שר החוץ או עובד המדינה שהוסמך לכך בתקנות.
