50. אישור מינויים קיימים
העובד בשירות המדינה ביום ה־30 שלאחר תחילת חוק זה ויש בידיו כתב מינוי מטעם מחלקת המנגנון או נציבות המנגנון או נציבות שירות המדינה שניתן לו לפני תחילת חוק זה, רואים אותו כאילו נתמנה לפי חוק זה; ומי שהיה עובד קבוע בשירות המדינה ביום פרסום חוק זה ברשומות ואין בידו כתב מינוי כאמור, יתן לו נציב השירות כתב מינוי, ומשנתן רואים את העובד כאילו נתמנה לפי חוק זה.
