9. מילוי מקום שנתפנה
מת אחד מחברי ועדת השירות או התפטר או נבצר ממנו דרך קבע למלא את תפקידו, תמנה הממשלה חבר אחר במקומו; ואולם רשאית ועדת השירות לפעול אף אם פחת מספר חבריה, ובלבד שלא פחת ביותר משני חברים.
