3א. סמכויות בעניני מסים
תיקון: תשמ״ד
(א)חלה על אדם חבות במס לפי כל חיקוק, רשאי מי שמוקנות לו סמכויות לפי אותו חיקוק או לפי כל חיקוק אחר הדן בגבייתו, להפעילן גם באזור.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”מס“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת המסים (גביה), לרבות תשלום שפקודת המסים (גביה) חלה עליו לפי כל חיקוק.
