24. החזקת אמצעי שליטה בחברת שירותים משותפת
תיקון: תשע״ו, תשע״ז־3
(א)לא יחזיקו מספר תאגידים בנקאיים, שאינם נשלטים בידי אדם אחד, ביותר מחמישים אחוזים מאמצעי השליטה בתאגיד העוסק במתן שירותים לחבריו או ללקוחותיהם ואין לו רשיון של חברת שירותים משותפת.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על החזקת אמצעי שליטה בבורסה כהגדרתה בחוק ניירות ערך.
