28. סניפים
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשפ״ו
(א)לא יפתח תאגיד בנקאי סניף ולא ינהל עסקים בו אלא לפי היתר שנתן המפקח או עובד בנק ישראל שהוא הסמיכו לכך לאחר התייעצות בועדת הרשיונות.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)החובה לקבל היתר סניף במדינת חוץ לא תחול על בנק חוץ.
