36ד. הפסקת כהונה
תיקון: תשס״ד, תשע״ד
חבר הועדה יחדל לכהן לפני תום תקופת כהונתו באחת מאלה:
(1)התפטר במסירת כתב התפטרות לנגיד;
(2)הנגיד החליט להפסיק את כהונתו בשל אחת מאלה:
(א)נבצר ממנו למלא את תפקידו או שאין הוא ממלא את תפקידו כראוי;
(ב)נתקיימה בו אחת העילות לפי סעיף 36ב הפוסלות אותו מלהיות כשיר לכהונה.
