14. פרסום פסק־דין או תיקון פרסום
בית המשפט רשאי לצוות שפסק דין חלוט בהליך לפי חוק זה, או תמציתו או תיקון לפרסום מטעה, יפורסמו ברבים בצורה ובאופן שיקבע, ולהורות מי ישא בהוצאות הפרסום; הורה בית המשפט שהנאשם ישא בהוצאות הפרסום, יהא דינן כדין קנס שהטיל בית המשפט.
