תיקון: תשפ״ו
הציע בנק בעל היקף פעילות קטן או תאגיד עזר הנשלט על ידיו שירות פתיחת חשבון עובר ושב וניהולו כאמור בסעיף 2(א)(2), לא יסרב סירוב בלתי סביר לתת את אותו השירות ללקוח מסוים, אולם הוא רשאי להציע את השירות האמור רק לסוגי לקוחות מסוימים; לעניין זה, התניית תנאים בלתי סבירים למתן שירות דינה כדין סירוב בלתי סביר לתיתו.
