תיקון: תשס״ד
פיגר הלקוח בפירעון הלוואה לדיור, ובמועד בקשתו לשינוי מועד הפירעון החודשי כאמור בסעיף 9ג, טרם סילק את מלוא חוב הפיגורים, או לא הגיע להסדר עם התאגיד הבנקאי, לא יהא התאגיד הבנקאי חייב להיענות לבקשה.
