9ח. כניסת השינוי לתוקף
תיקון: תשס״ד
מועד פירעון ההלוואה החדש ייכנס לתוקפו במועד הפירעון החל בחודש שאחרי החודש שבו הוגשה הבקשה, ובלבד שעברו לפחות 14 ימים ממועד הגשת הבקשה לשינוי לתאגיד הבנקאי.
