תיקון: תשפ״ג, תשפ״ו
בלי לגרוע מהוראת סעיף 9י1, הוסכם עם לקוח כי תיגבה ממנו עמלה בסכום או בשיעור הנמוך מהסכום או השיעור שנקבעו בתעריפון שפרסם התאגיד הבנקאי, לא יגבה התאגיד בנקאי מהלקוח עמלה בסכום או בשיעור העולה על הסכום או השיעור שהוסכם כאמור.
