14ט. עיצום כספי מופחת
תיקון: תשס״ה, תש״ע
(א)המפקח אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי הנמוך מן העיצום הכספי הקבוע בפרק זה [צ״ל: בפקודה זו], אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)הנגיד, בהתייעצות עם שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע סוגי מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם רשאי המפקח להטיל עיצום כספי הנמוך מהעיצום הכספי הקבוע בסעיף 14ח, ובשיעורי הפחתה מרביים שיקבע.
