14טו. ערעור
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשפ״ד
(א)על דרישה לתשלום עיצום כספי ניתן לערער לפני בית משפט השלום בירושלים בתוך שלושים ימים מיום שנמסרה הדרישה.
(ב)אין בהגשת הערעור כדי לעכב תשלום עיצום כספי, אלא אם כן הסכים לכך המפקח או הורה בית המשפט אחרת.
(ג)התקבל הערעור, יוחזר הסכום ששולם בתוספת ריבית שקלית מיום תשלומו עד יום החזרתו.
