15א. סודיות
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשמ״א־2, תשע״ב
(א)לא יגלה אדם ידיעה שנמסרה לו ולא יראה מסמך שהוגש לו לפי פקודה זו או לפי חוק הבנקאות (רישוי) אולם מותר לגלות ידיעה אם הנגיד יראה צורך בכך לצרכי תביעה פלילית, או אם הידיעה או המסמך נתקבלו מתאגיד בנקאי – בהסכמתו.
(ב)לענין גילוי מסמכים וידיעות שנתקבלו לפי פקודה זו או לפי חוק הבנקאות (רישוי) לבית המשפט, דין בנק ישראל או המפקח ועובדיו כדין המדינה ועובדיה.
(ג)העובר על סעיף זה או על הוראת סעיף 6(5), דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס 10,000 לירות.
