15ב. תחולת הוראות על אגודות שיתופיות
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשכ״ט־2, תשמ״א־2
בהפעלת הוראות פקודה זו לגבי אגודה שיתופית שהיא תאגיד בנקאי יחולו הוראותיה בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, ובמיוחד לענין זה –
(1)מקום שמדובר בדירקטוריון יראו כאילו מדובר ב”ועד“ כמשמעותו בפקודת האגודות השיתופיות;
(2)מקום שמדובר בחבר דירקטוריון, מנהל עסקים, בעל זכות חתימה או חשב, יראו כאילו מדובר ב”פקיד“, כמשמעותו בפקודת האגודות השיתופיות;
(3)(בוטלה).
