8טו. אכרזה על הפסקה במתן שירותים
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשמ״א־2
(א)נוכח המפקח שתאגיד בנקאי פלוני אינו יכול לנהל את עסקיו באורח תקין מחמת שביתה באותו תאגיד בנקאי או בתאגיד בנקאי אחר, רשאי הוא להכריז כי התאגיד הבנקאי הפסיק לתת שירותים (להלן – הפסקה), ומותר לקבוע באכרזה כי היא תחול על כלל שירותי התאגיד הבנקאי או על חלק מהם.
(ב)האכרזה תפורסם ברשומות ולפחות בארבעה עתונים יומיים היוצאים לאור בישראל.
(ג)באכרזה ייקבע המועד שבו הפסיק התאגיד הבנקאי לתת שירותים ומותר לקבוע בה מועדי הפסקה שונים לשירותים שונים.
