10. דינו של עד
(א)מי שהוזמן להעיד או להציג מסמך או מוצג אחר לפני ועדת חקירה, חובותיו יהיו כשל נחקר לפי סעיף 2 לפקודת הפרוצדורה הפלילית (עדות).
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) אינו בא לגרוע מסעיפים 5א עד 5ו לפקודת העדות.
