19א. דו״ח חלקי ודו״ח ביניים
תיקון: תשל״ב
(א)הועדה רשאית לערוך דו״חות חלקיים.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לערוך דו״חות ביניים שענינם המלצות לנקיטת צעדי ביניים.
(ג)דו״ח חלקי או דו״ח ביניים לא יוגש אלא על פי החלטת הועדה שנתקבלה פה אחד.
(ד)הוראות סעיפים 19 עד 22 ו־26 יחולו בשינויים המחוייבים גם על דין וחשבון לפי סעיף זה; אולם רשאית הועדה שלא לפרסם דין וחשבון כזה, כולו או מקצתו, גם מן הטעם שראתה שפרסומו עלול להכביד על המשך החקירה.
