תיקון: תשכ״ג
(א)דיני ההתישנות הקבועים בפרק החמישי לקודקס הפרוצדורה הפלילית העותומני לא יחולו לגבי עבירות לפי חוק זה.
עפ״י סעיף 9(ב) לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, בעבירות לפי חוק זה אין התיישנות.
