מפה טופוגרפית שנערכה על סמך מדידה, תשורטט על חומר שקוף ועמיד בפני עיוותים ובליית הזמן; המפה תיערך לפי דוגמה של מפה טופוגרפית בהוצאת המרכז למיפוי ישראל; קובץ ספרתי של המפה הטופוגרפית, אם הוא קיים, יהיה לפי הנחיות טכניות שיפרסם המנהל.
