76. שמירת תכניות
(א)תכנית שאושרה תישמר בלשכה המרחבית של המרכז למיפוי ישראל; תכנית שאושרה ונרשמה – יישמר עותק ממנה בלשכת רישום מקרקעין.
(ב)תכנית שאושרה ונרשמה לא תוצא מהלשכה המרחבית של המרכז למיפוי ישראל אלא באישור המנהל.
