100. פטור לרישום בעלות קיימת
(א)מקרקעין שהיו רשומים בפנקסים הקיימים על שם התובע, וזוהו בתכנית שהגיש התובע והיא זהה עם התכנית המאושרת שהוגשה לשם רישום המקרקעין בפנקסים הקיימים, ובעלותו בהם נרשמה בלוח הזכויות ללא שינוי – לא תיגבה אגרה בעד רישום הבעלות בהם בפנקסים החדשים.
(ב)”תכנית מאושרת“, לענין סעיף זה – תכנית שאושרה על ידי מנהל מחלקת המדידות כתכנית לצרכי רישום.
