102. פטור לגבי הפרדת חלק וחלוקת מושאע
(א)הוגשה בקשה לפקיד ההסדר להפרדת חלק לפי סעיף 66 או לחלוקת מושאע כפרי תוך חודש אחד מיום הצגת לוח הזכויות הסופי בכפר שבו נמצא אותו מושאע, לא תיגבה אגרה בעד אותה הפרדה או חלוקה.
(ב)האמור בסעיף קטן (א) אינו בא לפטור אדם מחבות לשלם אגרה בעד הרישום בפנקסים החדשים של זכות במקרקעין הרשומה בלוח חלוקה.
