12. מינוי ועדת הסדר
(א)הממונה על המחוז שבו נמצא ישוב שבאזור הסדר ימנה, לבקשת פקיד ההסדר, ועדת הסדר לאותו ישוב (בפרק זה – הועדה) מקרב אנשים שהציעו תושבי הישוב ואנשים הידועים כבעלי מקרקעין בישוב.
(ב)לא הוגשה הצעה כאמור, ימנה הממונה על המחוז לחברי ועדה אנשים שיראם מתאימים לכך.
