14. ייצוג חלק מן הישוב
פקיד ההסדר רשאי, בהתייעצות עם הממונה על המחוז, למנות שנים או יותר מתוך חברי הועדה לייצג את הענינים של חלק פלוני מן הישוב שהועדה נתמנתה לו, ולחברים אלה יהיו הכוחות והתפקידים של הועדה בנוגע לענינים של אותו חלק.
