2. צו הסדר
ראה השר שמן הראוי לערוך הסדר ורישום של הזכויות במקרקעין באזור פלוני, יפרסם ברשומות צו הסדר ובו יקבע את מקומו וגבולותיו של אזור ההסדר ואת היום שבו יוחל, באזור ההסדר, בתחימת חלקות ובהגשת תביעות (להלן – יום תחילת ההסדר).
