21. ייצוג רשויות ותאגידים
רשות מקומית או דתית, איגוד, חברה או מוסד צדקה התובעים זכות במקרקעין באזור הסדר רשאים למנות מורשה שיגיש תביעתם ויגן עליה במשך ההסדר.
