24. בעל זכות שלא תבע
ראה פקיד ההסדר או בית המשפט כי יש זכות במקרקעין לאדם שלא הגיש תביעה, רשאי הוא לפעול כאילו הגיש אותו אדם תביעה במועד שנקבע.
