36. הגבלת העברות
(א)בתקופה שבין סגירת הפנקסים הקיימים לבין הצגת לוח הזכויות לא תיעשה העברה מרצון של זכויות במקרקעין, חוץ מהעברה שפקיד ההסדר הרשה שתיעשה מיד מטעמי דחיפות.
(ב)כל העברת זכויות שלא מרצון שחלה בתקופה האמורה, מחמת פטירה או מסיבה אחרת, יודיע עליה תובע הזכות לפקיד ההסדר.
