47. צו ביניים
(א)בכל עת לאחר פרסום הודעת הסדר, ובכל שלב שבהליכים בפני בית המשפט לענין בעלות במקרקעין שבאזור הסדר, רשאי בית המשפט ליתן צו ביניים להחזקת המקרקעין שההודעה או ההליכים מתייחסים אליהם, וכן לבטל צו כאמור או לשנותו.
(ב)צו לפי סעיף זה יכול שיינתן לטובת מי שטוען להחזקה, בין בתביעה בין בתביעה שכנגד, ורשאי בית המשפט ליתן את הצו מיזמתו הוא או על פי בקשת הטוען.
