5. הודעה מוקדמת
(א)לפחות שלושים יום לפני יום תחילת ההסדר יפרסם פקיד ההסדר הודעה מוקדמת על כך.
(ב)הודעה מוקדמת תודיע שמתכוונים לערוך מדידות, הסדר ורישום זכויות בישוב פלוני ותכיל –
(1)הוראות לענין תחימת מקרקעין והגשת תביעות;
(2)אזהרה על התוצאות הצפויות למי שלא יגיש תביעתו במועד הנדרש ולא יתחום את החלקה שהוא תובע ועל הענשים הצפויים לו בשל מחדל זה;
(3)הוראות להשגת עזרה וידיעות כפי שייראה לפקיד ההסדר.
