51. חזקת שנים כנגד רישום
שוכנע פקיד ההסדר שפלוני מחזיק מקרקעין החזקה שתקופתה ותנאיה יש בהם למנוע כל תובענה לקבלתם, והמקרקעין רשומים על שמו של אדם אחר – ירשום את המחזיק בלוח הזכויות כבעל המקרקעין לגבי טובת ההנאה שהיתה לאדם שעל שמו הם רשומים.
