7. מחסום בפני תובענות
משנתפרסמה בישוב הודעה מוקדמת ועד לפרסום לוח זכויות לפי סעיף 57 לא תוגש תובענה לשום בית משפט בענין זכויות במקרקעין שבישוב, פרט לאמור בפקודה זו.
