72. הודעה, הצגה ורישום
(א)ההודעה על לוח החלוקה לבעלים הנוגעים בדבר והצגתו יהיו כדרך ההודעה וההצגה של לוח הזכויות.
(ב)עותק של לוח החלוקה, מקויים על ידי פקיד ההסדר, עם תכנית הגוש הכלול בו, יועברו לרשם לשם רישום בפנקס הישוב שבו נמצא הגוש.
(ג)החלוקה תירשם בהתאם ללוח החלוקה על אף ערעור התלוי ועומד.
