76. פתיחה ורישומים
לכל ישוב ייפתח פנקס חדש בטופס שנקבע ובו ירשום הרשם את המקרקעין, על אף כל ערעור תלוי ועומד, בהתאם ללוח הזכויות ולתכניות שנשלחו אליו לפי סעיף 60 ובהתאם להכרעות בית המשפט בזכויות שנרשמו בלוח הזכויות כשנויות במחלוקת.
