78. זכות לנסח מהפנקס
(א)מי שרשום כבעל טובת הנאה בחלקה לפי לוח הזכויות יהיה זכאי, לאחר ששילם כל אגרה והיטל המגיעים עקב ההסדר, לקבל ללא תשלום נוסף העתק מאושר של רישום טובת ההנאה שלו בחלקה.
(ב)היו האגרה וההיטל משתלמים בשיעורים בדרך שנקבעה, יהיה בעל טובת ההנאה זכאי לקבל העתק מאושר או נסח מאושר מיד לאחר ששילם את השיעור הראשון.
