80. תיקון עקב פטירה
היה אדם רשום בלוח הזכויות כבעל זכות ונפטר בתקופה שבין הצגת הלוח לבין הרישום, האדם שהזכות עברה אליו עקב הפטירה יפנה אל הרשם בבקשה להעביר את הזכות על שמו וישלם את האגרות וההיטלים המגיעים בעד הרישום הראשון, אך יהיה פטור מכל תשלום נוסף בעד רישומה של העברת הזכות.
