84. רישום על פי פסק־דין
נתן בית משפט אזרחי פסק דין ובו צו בענין מקרקעין הרשומים לפי פקודה זו, יישלח העתק מאומת של פסק הדין לרשם של לשכת הרישום שבה רשומים המקרקעין, ומששילם האדם שלטובתו ניתן פסק הדין את האגרות המגיעות, ירשום הרשם כל צו כאמור בפנקס הישוב.
